 I just wanted to give you a heads up on some policy changes I am
about to institute:


• We are going to be bringing
in 3 security officers to help with all events in the showroom


• I am planning on making
the entrance to the lounge the main door for your event to verify all
patrons are ID’d and are not bringing in outside beverages


• We will also be closing
the parking lot once it is full to prevent us from towing cars


• The fire exit from the
showroom will remain closed during the duration of the event



These items are necessary to better serve the patrons and the
property.  These changes will be going into effect June
6th and will be the new standard for all showroom/property wide events. 
Please call me prior to the event so we can discuss any pending items.
